I have the game, but for some reason it won't work anymore on Windows 2000. Says Open GL can't run or some shit.

Yeah, it requires an OpenGL compatible video card, and the Voodoo series were never very good at OpenGL (it was more of an afterthought because they focused on Glide, then Direct3D). I imagine also the processor speed will affect gameplay quite a bit with that old of a card (there's no way it can keep up with RTCW).
