yeah my head is spinning. I feel really nervous but I think it's just cause it happened so fast.

sweet pad though, 2br 2 full bath, huge kitchen, stainless steel appliances, granite counters, back porch overlooking a park, washer/dryer, central air, $1275/month (it's in my parent's posh neighborhood and we can both walk to work), pets and 6 year olds no problem.

the landlord got pulled over while we were talking about the security deposit and stuff.
