i sat and stared at the same word (Custodian) for about ten long, weird minutes because i couldn't handle it.

i went up to the ticket counter to get my 12 ride pass for the T and i had $40 in my hand to pay for it and get change and when the guy told me it was $42 i think i stared at him in disbelief and astonidhment for what seemed like minutes before my brain processed the fact that T prices went up while i was gone.
