my brother, who is an ultra conservative republican and a leiutenant in the army, always tried to defend this WMD mess by saying although there were no nukes, there were bioloical weapons like crazy. apparently though, according to the article, "...evidence about Saddam having actual biological and chemical weapons, as opposed to the capability to develop them, has turned out to be wrong." i kinda wonder the extent of the "capability" they're mentioning.
