I have to ask-- MAYH lyrics interpretation and criticism

Alright, so can someone tell me what MAYH is in fact about?

I have mulled over it a few times and I'm still not quite sure about it.

I know a guy is dead.

People say it takes place over the course of a year, but this is not certain despite references to fall (demon) and winter (karma), summer (amen) and spring (april) in the lyrics.

I know he gets pissed off at his girlfriend for "false love" and "mirth" but I'm not too clear about this as I write.

If you think you know please enlighten me (with citations and quotes)

Anyhow, I think they're Mikael's best lyrics so far, from beginning to end. Especially the opening lines of "April Ethereal" ... that's powerful stuff.
