I just heard Dead Soul Tribe's The Dead Word and...

... I think while this is still an excellent release with thoughtful lyrics, awesome vocal harmonies, and unconventional song structures, it is a few bars behind the band's previous two masterpieces A Murder of Crows and The January Tree.

I agree it's not as good as The January Tree or A Murder of Crows. It's certainly not a bad disc though.

I bought the other 2 album after my first playing of The January Tree, they are a damn good band.

Devon is another one that put in a great performance on a Arjen release too...
