I love Tuonela.

Well Circus, all you need to do is a Noltem interview and I think that you'll finally have things squared away. :p

Actually, that's a really good idea. Opeth17 has first dibs, though, because he reviewed Hymn of the Wood for UM. I think it'd be cool if UM did a spotlight on all the underground bands that frequent the forums like Noltem, Lethal, Nasheim, and October Falls. I'm too tired to think about it right now, however. :loco:

I won't speak for any of the other bands, but I would be very happy to do an interview for UM... either of you let me know what's going on- I'll do what I can to help.

I'll brainstorm with Opeth17 and see what happens. It's funny that this came up today, though, cause I found this:

I had no idea this existed, and I write for the goddamn site. I'll have to be more observant in the future I suppose. :erk:

Tuonela is my favorite Amorphis, and I'm pretty much in the same situation Erik is with it.

Also . . . after having Far From the Sun for at least a year, I recently starting falling for it as well. It's much better than Am Universum. I'd give it an 8.5/10 by now.

Put this on yesterday for the first time in maybe 10 years. Forgot how good it is. Solid effin album, 8/10.

This album doesn't get enough love. Truly excellent (especially this time of year).

preach it, brotha

i listened to it probably last month or so and greatly enjoyed it. still keep coming back seventeen years later.

but even though it is kind of emotionally my favorite i think maybe time has shown elegy to be amorphis's's best-of-all-time-actually
