I would say :
- price of your components obviously
- several hundreds $ of water-cooling, you might expect $500
- some geeky neon lights (don't know the price)
- the desk, maybe in DIY it can cost not too much. It's mostly a box and a glass plate put on it

It can be pricey but not "that" much I think.
