I need help with levels

here is my most recent mix without bass. i have a trouble with the levels. (cant decide to get the guitars louder or not.)

my main problem is if the drums sound good, they bury the guitars. if the guitars are at a decent level they bury the drums.

what should i do with this mix?
should i bring up the guitars or not?
should i make some adjustments by an eq?

THe guitars is kinda low compared to the drums.
the high hat does not really have any body and mostly just sounds like bright pink/white noise

I would lower the high hat and bring the guitars up a bit
