i need to know what good magazines there are for metalheads in the u.s,cause i've got to send out albums for review-so come on lads,apart from playboy or big tits weekly,what else do you read and/or wipe your ass with on the toilet?

The best one would be Brave Words & Bloody Knuckles, for real metal. For mainstream stuff, Hit Parader is one to consider. That's your best bets as far as printed magazines go. For online webzines, you got http://www.knac.com , http://www.metal-rules.com and the one I write for: http://www.tartareandesire.com. Which reminds me, if you want me to write a review for that site, send me a copy.

In the old days (before most of your born ), I use to get Hit Parader, Circus, Heavy Rock for info. When all those went horribly pop or dissapeared I found Metal Maniacs, in the beginning look pretty nice, until the ugly head of we are so kult all the rest can suck our... came from the editorial board, so i ditched that one. Basically at the same time I discover that most info is on the Internet and had grow and grow exponentially in the last years.

So it all depends who you want to talk about, underground bands is for sinez or e-zines. Well known bands are for maybe BW & BK or any "intelligent" website (besides our forum and so).

The bottomline, I don't read magazines anymore besides Heavy Metal , and despise the cool name had nothing to do with music
