I live in northern oklahoma, where the weather is notorious for being sweltering one day, cool and breezy the next. It feels great outside, but I think the abrupt change in temperature might be responsible for my back feeling like a fucking noodle. its hard to stand up, and bending over is not an option. These last few weeks have been near triple digits in heat and all of a sudden its 70° fahrenheit. Does anyone else have problems like this when the seasons change?
