Kick your feet up and take the train. If you need to take work, you can do it comfortably. If you want a berth, you will have your own private space. And, you do not have to go through the nonsense of screenings and per bag charges, and you can the biggest f-ing bottle of water and sippy cups without some NSA kook taking it from you.
I'll second this. I've taken the train twice to Progpower and I really enjoyed the experience. Personally, I think you'd be fine in coach. You have roomy seats, lots of freedom to play whatever electronic devices you want, and you arrive a short walk from the venue. If it weren't for the fact that Amtrak stations are inconvenient to get to and park at, I might do it more often.
