I think it would be like a clash of opposite cultures, him with his misanthropy, and me with my LET'S GET PISSED AND REJOICE IN THE COMPANY OF STRANGERS outlook on life.

Also, I would like to rub his thigh in a seductive manner, whilst whipsering sweet nothings in his ears.

Would you like to meet Wrathy?

if the answer is yes, answer these hypotheticals:

Would you punch him?

Would you discuss how awesome H.P Lovecraft is?

Would you have a cup of tea and watch the bill with him?

Would you love him?

I'd get him drunk, steal his manuscript and publish it on literotica.com

He and I will be doing our book tours together. In Sydney it will be at the Metro. Dungeon, Alchemist and Kissteria will play and there will be an open bar for the first hour and a half. Between bands there will be a slideshow of Salty's artwork. In the Transit Lounge there will be a mini-Lovecraft/Giger convention featuring people dressed up in 1920s costumes and using words like "arcane", "nameless" and "eldritch" for no apparent reason. Brian Lumley will also make an appearance and attempt to explain just how the Mobius Continuum actually works.

You flatter me gentlemen :). I must warn you, however, that any attempts to get me drunk will be politely fended off. If you think I'm a miserable old git now, I assure you that alcohol would only make me twenty times worse

Gore, if I ever do a book tour it'll be the standard lit-crit thing with smoked salmon and watercress sandwiches galore, then when they introduce me I'll grab the microphone and scream "HOW ARE YOU CRAZY MOTHERFUCKERS DOIN' OUT THERE?? LEMME HEAR YA!!"

*stunned silence*

A friend of mine wrote a book called "Max and Murray" and the launch was at the Annandale in Sydney. There was an acoustic combo on, along with a band called Crane No. 6 (who sounded like a cross between Pantera and TOOL). After the acoustic set, the publisher got up and thanked "Crane No.6" for their set. Then Crane No. 6 came on... :)

I'd like to meet Wrathy, so we could talk Alice Cooper, and he could educate me on books I should have read by now.

Wraty I'd watch The Bill with you..........
Koichie : ta mate that reminds to set the VCR up to tape tonights show ..........going out th watch the Rugger

You wouldn't happen to know of anyone who has a copy of the unreleased would you???????????????
If I did, you would the first person I would tell. After I got a copy of it for myself that is. I'm spewing because Terry told me once that one of his teachers used to be in Ambivalence and he'd heard their unreleased album. That would have been sweet. Ambivalence sounded more like Amorphis than Amorphis.

I have had the oportunity of meeting our fair wrathy, and I at no time wanted to stroke his thigh, get him drunk and especially watch the bill with him.

It is strange when you meet ones heros how they some time remind us of the little people. :loco:
