Vocals are way loud. Guitars are dull and weak, so are drums.

What are you using for guitar/bass tones?

Guitars are bugera 6260 reamped through a avater 2x12 bass is split low and high track low compressed and lowpassed high highpassed with grit

Rework the drums. Make them bigger. Start with widening them a lot, they sound close to mono at the moment.
