Well, I am a little taller than 6'2", how much I couldn't you though. In any case, I am not dieting, ever. I only want to feel good with myself, be generally in good shape (meaning, I don't want to feel like dying because I have to run half a mile for some reason).
Ouch. Speaking of exercise I just got back in from today's crew workout. After three intense workouts this week, my legs no longer want to function. I need a wheelchair or something.
Haha, I wish. I just did a bunch of shitty-painful things like lunges and pushups and wall-sits and ab workouts and running. Two days after doing more than a quarter-mile of lunges straight. Four days after running up and down all the stairs in a 10,000 seat basketball arena twice. I haven't been able to walk well for days.
yoga helps the balance thing, but not by much. do you stretch beforehand? that helps also (like really long, 60 second held slow motion lunges basically).
i had surgery on my knee once from an accident after a ski racing incident... so lunges sort of kill me. as running does. i've had to cut down significantly.
yea you definitely want to do more if you're still having a lot of pain. it makes a huge difference, ESPECIALLY stretching afterward, which seems like no big deal, but it takes the edge off of the ache the next day.
