Im trying about a month with this song to make it sound like what most of you guys are uploading here. Im not an audio engineer or a pro, i'm trying to make the best with my limited gear i got.
I want to make it sound clearer but not losin the pump-oomph of the mix. What are you suggesting im realy interested for your opinion.
On master bus i only have a stereo enhancer and a limiter.

First thing you should do is to get rid of the limiter and exciter on the 2-buss - leave that to the mastering engineer.

Now, I think the drums (the snare especially) are too loud. Listen to the last part with the fast beat - snare overwhelms everything. The guitars are too harsh, I'd lo-pass them more radically, it'd allow the keys to stand out. Btw, there's some reverb on the guitars right? The rhythm guitars are usually as dry as they can get.

Also, there's not much of the bass guitar in there, at last I can't hear it well. This is also probably due to its sound being quite clean. Double the track brutally hi-pass it and add a lot of distortion, then bring it up so that you can hear the distorted bass just a little.

Arrangement-wise, I like it that you kept the middle orchestra part down. It helps to get a good hit right there when the band comes in.

the kick drum sounds like a women's vaggie lips slapping each other really quickly. The drums sounds really good but are way too loud, they sound more upfront than the guitars. I like the guitar tone you got going and pretty much everything, but the kick drum is kind of distracting in the fast parts.

I do hear the bass with some distorsion, I think it fits the music well that it isn't really popping out, just filling in the lows.

And many people actually mix with their mastering plugs on most of the time.

I love that choir like sound in the background, and that subtle lead guitar
