Improving my PODxt guitar tone

I'm not too concerned about the drums or bass because this is for a guitar instrumental demo but how do the guitars sound? All of them were recorded with a PODxt, drums are EZdrummer + DFH, and bass is programmed (though when I get the final version done I'll record real bass)
