There are some relatively inexpensive in-ear-monitoring setups on Thomann:

The LD Systems MEI One 1 is the one I'm particularly looking at. Are these worth it? It's for vocals, not for anyone else in the band. Needs to be able to hear himself over the band, without singing too loudly and blowing his voice out.
I know we've had some threads about this, but I've never seen particular threads on budget setups. Maybe we can get some recommendations here? A wired solution is less preferable, but could possibly work.
