Anyhow, I purchased this shirt new, and honestly wore it 2 times at most.

Shirt is in perfect mint condition. No holes. No fading.
Size Large.

I am not sure.
I imagine since it is from a few albums ago, that the band is no longer printing them. It was sold on the tour they did supporting Mudvayne back in 03, if I recall correctly.
