Where did motw get their indie rock influence from? Basically what i am asking, is for a band that sounds similar to motw during their indie rock sections of their songs.

I don't really know where the "indie rock influence" of MOTW comes from. I don't think Toby was listening to much indie rock during the MOTW era, but maybe the other dudes were. I do know that Toby listened to a shitload of Blonde Redhead and Bjork in the later years/Kayo Dot era.
