There's the obvious Godflesh - Streetcleaner. I'm sure Zeph could give you some industrial black metal.

Yeah Godflesh are mandatory. Woods of Belial are underrated and cool too.

 

[Doomguy]

Though they probably aren't classed as industrial METAL, KMFDM have some good music.
