Inform me on Dark Horse comics, humans.

I find Dark Horse properties uninteresting aside from Hellboy and the Buffy season eight series. They do a ton of Manga translations if you are into that sort of thing.

Virtually everything I read is published under the Vertigo imprint.

I've never really been into comics, but i noticed that Dark Horse has a lotta sci fi shit, like star wars, etc. and i might dig that. not really into the standard superhero fair.

OI, if you find anything on these Firefly comics, let me know.

I remember reading a few Knights of the Old Republic by Dark Horse and really enjoying them.
Will definitely have to check out the Ki Adi Mundi ones. <3

Side note: In Episode III, Kenobi tells Anakin that no Jedi other than a Master has been on the council. But several sources state that Ki Adi Mundi was the only knight to serve on the Council. Dun dun dun.

Other side note: Silas Carson, the actor who portrayed Ki Adi Mundi also played Nute Gunray and Lott Dodd.

:)

John Ostrander, the writer for most of the Republic comics is great. He makes it so much fun and does an excellent job. He is also writing Legacy.
You true nerds really should check em out. I think some of the Republic comics are paperbacks.

Okay I purchased some KOTOR and Dark Times, they seem pretty cool.
Also ordered the first two volumes of Legacy and Serenity: Those Left Behind which should arrive in a few days.
Those Star Wars Republic comics look cool, I look into those.

Okay nerds, now I request more recommendations beyond star wars (though I'll accept more of those). Im not fan of your standard superhero fair. I wikipedia'd Witchblade and the premise looks kinda neat.

Oh, and it doesn't have to be Dark Horse.

The sandman comics.
From Hell. well fuck pretty much anything that has Alan Moore on the title is super fucking sweet.

Edit: also look up some Frank Miller titles aswell.
