Insanely short test:) New Mesa rect 2x12, guit tone

thanks guys,
but I'm not satisfied, I'm not able to get the better tone, setup is peavey 6505->mesa 2x12 rect->sm57->goldmike preamp->tc konnekt24
maybe is problem with bass? I fuckin' suck at mixing bass:)

you make it sound so OPEN :> it sounds so great.
i never get how to make a track sound OPEN like this. please teach me.

im just coming back from a "break from music", since i didnt have the time, now i have, and now i recorded a metalriff. listen to this and you will know why i would want to learn how the hell you get so OPEN sound.
i have seriously no idea why my own stuff sounds so locked and closed :(

thanks, buddy,
I think, I have compressed the whole drum kit, added a little reverb
and bass I re-recorded to be more precise, and re-mixed, one track of bass for lowend and one distorted
I think I haven't changed the guitars.

Btw, in bass I was inspired by Ola, because I suck at mixing bass:) -
(thanks Ola :)))

btw as I'm listening to it with distance of a day, it seems to be too bassy and drums are too loud :-/ and thin guitars.., so there is obviously space to improve the mix - ideas? :)))
