I was just curious who here listens to Internet radio a lot, and what some of your favorite stations are. Personally I listen to streams far more often than specific songs/albums, and almost exclusively when I'm at home since I prefer non-distracting music when I'm concentrating on shit at the computer.
If you listen to good shit, then post it here so I can check it out (if I'm interested). I know you can just go to Shoutcast to find streams for pretty much everything, but there are presumably a few that aren't listed there.
Some of my favorites:
Radio Schizoid (psytrance / chillout) - easily the majority of my streaming, though I also switch around to other psytrance stations like Chromanova, Philosomatika and Psyradio periodically
247drumandbass (breakbeat) - the most mindlessly entertaining music ever
Doomed (SomaFM) (industrial / dark ambient) - utterly delicious atmospheric stuff
Industial Dome and/or Block 11 for more dancish industrial; occasionally there's some good post-punk too
Classical & Flamenco Guitar (Sky.fm) - when I need something nice and relaxing, but it gets rather cheesy after a while
And so far Jeremy's Ministry of Metal has the distinction of being the only metal stream I follow.
