Inteview for internship, bring a resume/creds or not?

congrats. I would bring a resume and make sure to include the projects you've worked on even if they are minor, it will show them that you are self motivated, also try and make the resume look way different from everyone else's (but still professional) After you leave they will look at the pile and be like "what is this thing that sticks out, who is this guy". It def gives you better chances.

It was nice talking with them and promising to know that they keep busy enough to have to book a month in advance. I definitely get to start out being "everybody's bitch" but seriously I don't mind. It would be nice if this turned into a job (I can hope right) since the guy who was interviewing me was an intern in 2006.

Ashgallows: Yeah man I did bring prior work, like I said I got the internship.

It's not really surprising, they were talking about having interns in the past who didn't know what the fuck a sm57 was. Who the hell doesn't know (and wants to be in this field) what an sm57 is?

95% of what they asked of me I told them I knew how to do. I didn't come across cocky as I know this would have shot myself in the foot just "yes I am familiar with ____".

They have 2 control rooms both with HD setups, a vocal booth, and 2 studios (one is for guitar etc... the other is for whatever the fuck else). They are connected via video screens (badass).

On a side note: They share a building with a Dr. Office!
