Buried in Oblivion is a great, great, great album. Although I hear they've had problems with personal switches.

Will, didn't you say that all vox was provided by Tim?

On BiO, it's not Tim - it's Chris Krall. Tim's a great singer, though, and did all the vox on the previous two. They've had several lineup issues - the new vocalist is Stu Block, and they don't have a drummer at the moment - but they should have a new disc soon.

Stu is absolutely incredible, best thing to happen to these guys IMO. Alot of people dont seem to like him though, probably because they dont like power metal. I really enjoyed Buried in Oblivion, and I'm only more optimistic with Stu being on the new album.

I give Stu credit. He puts on a good performance and goes all out. I just think he goes too high most of the time. I would much rather Tim just do vocals on the new CD, he sounds better in my opinion. Dead or Dreaming had amazing vocals. Buried in Oblivion was also a great cd, but i think Chris even went too high, but thankfully Tim's backing vocals kept it at a good balance.

definately... the two times i've seen them... Tim was sick in some way, couldn't do any vocals... then the other time i saw them... on the Nevermore/Opeth tour... i dunno if Tim was sick again... because he either didn't do a lot of vocals, or the sound was just shitty enough not to hear him... either way... a lot of people say they suck live... i think they put on a damn good show

hopefully with andy sneap doing the mixing this album will sound good for once!

but into eternity is definately one band that sounds great despite a nasty recording. music is amazing and amazing skill in the band. tim is one of those guitar gods like loomis. tim's guitar is just an extention of his body. just sick to watch live.

so... i know they don't have a drummer... who is recording for them? and who will tour with them?... personally... i think a drummer with their style of band is replacable... the style of drumming isn't too significant for their music... i love the guitar work though. but yeah... maybe someone knows?
