Always wondered if there was a forum like this out there, finally found it!
Just a quick intro to myself;
21 year old Musician born in AZ livin in NC now.
I compose the music for Vitriolic http://facebook.com/vitriolicband
as well as playin guitar and back up vocals.
I started dedicating time to music when I was 10. Started on bass learnin old school ska and punk songs. At 13 I started playing jazz. Until I graduated from HS I played in Jazz and orchestral band and studied theory through college level. I have won such awards as the; Louis Armstrong jazz award (National) HS musician magazine award (national) and placing in top three chairs from county to state level bands.
Music is my life and my passion. I used to own a studio when I was younger nothing fancy but a studio none the less. We lost our house and everything we owned to mold. 7 years later im finally able to start getting stuff together for my next studio. I went to college for a year, majoring in Studio Engineering.
Im now focused on my band Vitriolic.
We are a Heavy band out of NC/IL wantin to spread our passion for music and hope through Jesus. We are signed to Haunted Records and we are on the last legs of getting our Debut EP "Damascus" wrapped up.
