Introducing Enchant to newbies...

I played some Enchant tunes for some friends weeks ago.
They are Rush, Dream Theater, etc fans. After a few listens they were hooked- of course. But it got me thinking, what 3 or 4 Enchant tunes would you pick to play for someone who has never heard the band?

This little list would change weekly but here is mine for the moment:

1. My Enemy- will always be on my list
2. Pure- man I love this one more every time I hear it.
3. Broken Wave- fantastic
4. Blind Sided- first song I heard.

What do you folks think are quintessential Enchant tunes?

Good question, Len. I have made a mixed Enchant CD for my car, and all friends who have heard it so far have gone and bought CDs after. They seemed to be hooked by the fifth song, so I would go with the first five songs:

1. Paint the Picture
2. Break
3. Aquaintance
4. Juggling Knives
5. My Enemy

I think these songs are not only great, but show Enchant's versatility.

Granted, there are a LOT of prog fans who like Enchant, but they're well-received by my friends who are not-so-prog fans. I'd just end up showing them my favorites:

Pure
What To Say
Blind Sided
The Thirst (I can NOT listen to this one without air drumming)
My Gavel Hand

And I couldn't help to throw a Xen tune in:
Existentialism

Jeez, nobody's mentioned my favourite Enchant song...Enchanted!

As for the rest, I agree with No Rehearsal, but I still would add (just for nostalgia's sake) the first Enchant song I've ever heard: The Thirst.
