Introduction!

Yeah, I loved all Carcass, but I am one of the few who actually liked Swansong - however I loved Blackstar / Blackstar Rising even more!

You ever hear that album ? 3/4 of the the last Carcass album in it...

I keep hoping for a reunion, but alas, I cant see it happening.

I prefered Swansong to older carcass because they seemed to groove more on that CD. Don't get me wrong, I love Heartwork but Generation Hexed and Keep on Rotting are great, almost funky.

Welcome..

I too am a noobie to writing on the board, but have read quite frequently. hmm, Anthrax huh. Fistfull of Metal, Spreading The Disease, Among The Living, I'm The Man, State Of Euphoria, Persistance Of Time, Attack Of The Killer B's, Sound Of White Noise, Stomp 442, We've Come For You All, The Greater Of Two Evils...I think that's all the studio albums I have, I'll have to get back to you on that.

Metal is in my blood though. My favorite Bay Area is probably Testament, then Exodus, Vio-Lence, Forbidden, Megadeth (is that considered Bay Area?). I'm deeply rooted I guess in Thrash. Also like Kreator, and some Children Of Bodom, among others

I love everything Carcass did but I can't stand Blackstar for some reason.Yeah, I keep hoping that a reunion will happen but I think they are just going to be one of those bands that don't buy into the whole nostalgia trip. Since we are dreaming. I would like to see Carcass, Faith no More and Sepultura(w/max of course) play some shows together...Ahhh thats a nice dream

As long as Sepultura stopped playing tracks after Arise - for me Chas A.D. is pretty dull, and I want to smash Roots into tiny fucking pieces - hearing the once mighty Sepultura play as a Korn covers band really pisses me off!:guh:

I like Sepultura with that big black guy. He has more charisma than Max. Soulfly is so boring live.

I agree, Arise was the last great Sepultura album, and my personal favourite by 'em. Welcome to the board! If you're grabbing beers, I'll take a Labatt Blue please. :kickass:
