Is there a plugin to help line up kick and snare samples ???

I was just wondering if there was a plugin to help line up kick, snare or tom samples ,, or if everyone just does it mannually ??which i have been doing but it takes forever !

I don't recommend doing that, but Logic, FL Studio, and Melodyne(?) have this functionality.

The most convoluted way is not always the better way.
