Is there an acoustic guitar sim/emu available?

Probably unlikely, but...

Anyone know of such a plugin or VI that could produce the sound of an acoustic? Something where you could lay down a DI track, insert the plugin and have it sound like a nylon or 12 string.

I know you can get close with a guitar synth or even keyboard and VI but I'm talking about actually laying down the raw track with an electric guitar.

I'll be trying this myself. Not really able to record acoustic guitar at 3am when the mood strikes.
