Is this kick drum mis-aligned?

I'm recording a band at the weekend but i got them to send me their midi-file over so i could do a little bit of mixing on the drums before they got here, to save time. Is the kick drum out of time or anything? there are some bits you can hear the bleed from the superior 2 kick (im using a slate kick sample)
