Is this mix acceptably loud?

Just working on some of my band's tracks, I wouldn't mind input on my hackjob mastering - do you guys think this is loud enough, given that I'm not aiming for a heavily pumping mix?

nolly, the mix sounds very hollow and scooped. scooped mixes will never sound as loud as "not so scooped" ones.
but dude what happened to the snare ? ;-)

but yeah, loudness wise its ok !

hehe. no problem. btw. will there be vocals on the track? if there was some sort of lead instrument you could kind of get away with the hollowness, cause there is lots of space for a lead in the center.
but please use a different snare sample, hehe. this sounds like a wet pillow or something ;-)

Yes, there will be vocals when we find a good singer.
And yeah, I will be messing with the snare a lot when I can hear properly again!
