I wasn't going to share this but it's just too fucking funny.

On the weekend I had a guy contact me about mastering some of his songs. We chatted a bit about cost and how much time it will take and then he emailed me mp3s of the tracks so I could hear what I'd be working on.

:OMG: I couldn't believe my ears.

Well hear it for yourself:

I turned the job down btw. And he flipped out which makes me feel fine about sharing this.

ME (I think this is a professional response, what do you think?)
Hi _____
I have to be honest, these recordings aren't ready to be mastered. Re-recording would be in your best interest.

HIM
hi,
are you kidding me! so many people have heard them and like them said the quailtey is fine-so i don't what your problem is- i think their fine and if your not gonna do it i'll fine some one elese!

HIM 1 minute later

LMAO
Poor guy has been lied to all his life.

i'm getting stoned just by listening to that lol.

but well, even if the music is.....special, why didn't you just master it and took the $$$? :D

because he'd eventually ask me what I thought and I'd rather not have that awkward conversation.

Also he doesn't care what you think, others like it and you don't like Reggae and never will and you're ignorant.

Sounds like Michael Jackson on South Park.
"Noooo! You're just ignorant! Noooo!"

i'm not a fan of "reggae" there are some tunes i can listen too.
bu that one is neather reggae nor musik...and not even a bit enjoyable lolz
