Ive been reading that people are refering to the digidesign hardware as sounding like "digi-cloud". Im not sure exactly what they mean but my guess is something to do with the conversion limiting the quality of sound.
I feel like my mixes do have a cloud over them, stopping the clear high end power from coming through. I recently switched from PT8 to PT9, and am now using 48khz.
Check out this mix, let me know what you think. Im not saying its perfect, but would you think upgrading the 003+ with Black Lion Audio would make a huge difference? Thanks Everyone!
