yep you heard it. pieter got it done. 16 songs all in seperate mp3 files...and I CHALLENGE YOU ALL: the sound quiality is the best ever...it's better than pieter's dongen bootleg and even better than live@k13!!! all instruments are perfectly audible, including the vox. and you even get to hear mehdi to sing out of tune (only once :p)!!!!!!!!!!

mick, you were asking for it, so now it is ready :)

anyone who wants the tracks:
here's my icq no. 61143238

wait for me to be online sometime, and i'll send them lol.

seriously, if someone could host them, that'd be cool. pieter, i dont know how to host them on our webspace.

cheers, mates

heres the tracklist:

saviour
the last laugh
over your shoulder
far away
everything you know is wrong
holocaust
reality clash
going nowhere/destiny
shroud of false
lost control
in stone
psalms
feel
empty
eternity part 3
mad world

and the date for the gig was june 3.

yeah. the only fucked up thing about it is that I ruined 'shroud of false' :erk: :ill:
all the rest is perfect though. i can give you the cd too. well its all in mp3 though.. only 128kbs

its still possible to make a wav out of it though, but i dunno if emre remembered how to do it....

Did you just take the piss out of Mikael Akerfeldt? Do you realise how talented that guy is? He's like the fucking Messiah of metal, you silly little man!

Nice one Emre. Could you send to me on CD so I can master it? Then it'll sound even better.
cheers!

well, dunc the only format i have it in is mp3...i thought pieter was going to see you this time around? i CAN burn those 16 mp3s to 2 CDs and send them to you but it wouldnt make much of a difference if i sent th mp3s to you over the net.

get back to me on this.

what was it recorded onto in the first place? it must have been normal audio like.

Breaklose can be compared to Radiohead, you can't deny it Mehdi. I'm not saying it's a Radiohead rip-off, but the influence is obvious ( among others ), no ???

okay. but were talking about alternative whiner rock. so only coldplay and radiohead could be mentioned for comparing breaklose :loco:

ive been trying to write songs before i knew radiohead, i had heard pablo honey years ago and thought it was shit. and i started to play our very first demos to me mates ive been adviced to give a go to 'ok computer' which i really liked and happens to me one of me favourite now. i heard of coldplay around the same times when i heard 'parachutes'. i love that first track on it but i think the rest is crap.

my influences are tori amos, sentenced, anathema, antimatter, metallica, nirvana. when i was 16 i wanted to be james hetfield, not thom yorke. thats what got me into writing songs really. i couldnt even write down full lyrics for just one radiohead song, and beside thom yorke i have no clue of what the other blokes are called. and alex (me band mate) is more into the smashing pumpkins, jeff buckley, sigur ros, placebo, ravi shankar and this type of things.

i think that from the moment you start writing minor/major songs with vocal harmonies and clean sound, everyone compares you to radiohead no matter how you sound. radiohead had a fucking strong impact on the pop rock scene for sure but they didnt create vocal harmonies or minor scales you know.
