This is going to suck because my boss gives all the performance awards to women ~ the biggest discrepancies you can imagine (we've figured out how to access the award database, which management wants to keep secret but fuck them).

My job was more IT based but I've been moving more into facilities (turned lucky because the agency is consolidating IT butover the next three years is expanding facilities).

Plus the guy I work with is 64 and has already retired from ATT once, so...
