paul: well, as far as being in BKLYN, tmobile is the best service i have had so far. i've had AT&T and verizon, both of which were touchy at best. you should look at the service area coverage map on t-mobile. they're the cheapest i've used, and having unlimited internet, IM, text, and email AND sidekick service is only like $15 extra a month and omg it friggin rocks. i am retiring my palm pilot as we speak. the phone itself is easy to use. it's bigger than a regular phone obviously, but the sound is way better than nokia's i've been stuck with, and it's really easy to use. i can see guys with really big hands having some trouble with the keyboard though so try one out before you get it. i have really little fingers so it's all good. the flip screen rules.
OH and it has a digital camera built into it. did i mention that?
