Are they worth more? Or is it simply a case of "if someone's willing to pay more for it, then yeah, it's worth more."

Just wondering, I have a bunch of autographed stuff, and some of them are albums that I've decided I can part with.

i have autographed shit from Slayer, Negura Bunget, Morbid Angel, and... i think that's it.

i ummm, couldn't care less either way really. i mean i didn't even get the autographs myself, they just sorta fell my way.

on another note, when I bought my Waldteufel DLP from Markus Wolff he signed the lyrics insert "For Matthew, Markus :*Dagaz Rune*: I thought that was a really nice personal touch.

I have "From Which of this Oak" signed by all of Agalloch, "Evighet/Undergang" signed by Erik, and I'm pretty sure that's it.

I have...

A CD cover of "Images and Words" signed by Petrucci and Portnoy
An LP of "The August Engine" signed by the band
A copy of "Diary" signed by author Chuck Palahniuk (although I'm not a huge fan)
A bunch of UNC memoribilia signed by all sorts of folks (no Michael Jordan though)
A copy of "Foxtrot" signed by Peter Gabriel and Phil Collins*

*not really

He lent them some riffs of his and toured with them, but he's no full member.

My copy of Dornenreich's "Her von Welken Nächten" is autographed by drummer Moritz Neuner. He signed it the day before he was kicked out of the band. Otherwise some signatures by lesser known French acts (Ars Moriendi, Anthemon - one of which should be in snow2fall's hands right now)

Dredg - Leitmotif , signed by Gavin (singer)

Mar de Grises - The Tatterdemalion Express by singer/keys Marcelo Rodriguez (OK I had to check on the intraweb) . He's a really nice guy , more down-to-earth than most of Paris' underground bands.

That's it . I'm not even sure I would let Aaron Turner sign my booklets...
it's not that important . Take a picture instead !

Only sighned cd i have is Grand declaration of war signed by necrobutcher (he was on a local radio show, drunk as fuck cursing up a storm, it was sweet)

I only have two autographed CDs among my small but growing collection of signed items: Overkill - Necroshine (entire band when Dave Lynsk first joined, won in an online contest) & Into Eternity - Buried In Oblivion (three-fifths of the band)
