I've got a question

I have seen 2 versions of the Fist Full of Metal and Armed and Dangerous tapes. I have both of the A&D. I wish I would have bought the other FFoM when I first saw it because I haven't seen it since. Am I missing much? I think there were some live studeo tracks but I can't remember for sure. I have all the regular U.S. releases except volume 8. (no promos or singlesthough )
