I ran across this image this morning. Besides the different cover, the title says "In Search FOR Truth." The site is in German; I think it says that this is an upcoming release in August 2001. Was this an original cover that got scrapped?

Yes this was the 'original' cover made by the same guy who did the SDT cover, Kristian Wåhlin. But the band preferred the current one.

Me too. But nothing tops the "Recreation Day" cover. That shot of that crying/molested kid is fucking devastating.

Yeah, that cover isnt realy that good. In fact, the only Evergrey album cover that i liked from the start was ISOT and TDD. The others all have some thing wierd about them. Like, TIC was too white and plain for an EG cover.

I so want another EG album, a double album would be cool \m/
