James hetfield in rehab

Michael Wagener did slave to the grind troops! :) But yes, bob rules, except for load and reload, when he sucks :)

How good was the mix on the s and m album? i dont really like the album, but the sound is incredible.

Oh yes... thats right. Bob Rock did Subhuman Race, not Slave TO The Grind.

What do you guys think of Subhuman Race? I find it a bit hard to get into, but its good when I'm in the mood. My Enemy is a great song.

Slave To The Grind though is AMAZING!!

Subhuman race is fantastic! Not as good as slave, but slave is one of the best albums of all time, My enemy, firesign, ironwill and beat yourself blind are some of my faves from that album :) Troops, i have live stuff from subhuman race and slave tours do you want them?

Troops: You MUST go and buy Rise, by hair of the dog, i PROMISE you it will be one of the best albums you will ever hear, imagine a cross between kiss, van halen, motley crue and bon jovi, and yes they are as good as Im making them sound! GET IT! :)

Onya Troops, ill be expecting a thread proclaiming how great they are and that I was right after you have it :)

Your laughter is much appreciated, Moony :). I'm glad someone broke the deafening silence that my little joke seems to have attracted!

That was actually a rewritten extract from my sitcom version of A Year and a Half In the Life of Metallica, which I stopped working on in the middle of the first season so I could write such masterpieces as The Gene and Paul Comedy Hour or Bruce n' 'Arry Save Christmas. I've still got the scripts floating around somewhere.

I was bored friday night a watched the special on marianne faithful and while I was watching it I could not stop thinking about that metallica song on which she sang on, I think it was on reload or load either way I think it had something they had filling the indies.

That song was "the memory remains" off reload.
Anyone here think reload was one of metallicas best albums? Anyone at all? You up the back? Oh you were just scratching your nose.......
:)

I think Reload was pathetic hahaha. It was a slight improvement on Load only for its slightly increased energy haha. (But even Load had better songwriting than it I think... King Nothing and Until It Sleeps are good songs played badly on that record, King Nothing works well live).

Both albums are pathetic though hehe.
