I haven't seen either's show, but I'm sure they can't be nearly as bad as Letterman, because his show is sad, it is closer to brings me to tears than make me laugh. The Daily Show is awesome, I love John Stewart's humour, but they stopped showing it here several years ago

Conan is way better in terms of improvising and interviewing his guests (he also has cool themed episodes like, for instance, when he went to Finland for the sole reason that he looked kind of like their female president).

However, Jay's show has much better writers.
