I'm sure a lot of you guys have seen these but I am still undecided if they are authentic or just some dude recording over the original tracks with a pair of headphones in his basement. What do you think?

Bonzo Outtakes

Thanks for posting. Never heard 'em.
Sound genuine to me. Are those the vocals bleeding through on files 14 through 18? They sound really weird. Like creepy weird.

I actually have sgt pepper multi track and queen stone cold crazy. Makes for interesting listening. Going to beat detective and trigger ringo soon lol. Need to buy more ram to cope first.

Sounds like a drummer going wild and rocking off to his own sound...

Must be the overheads or room mic capturing his "performance"

Those are authentic. I've seen 'em on Prosoundweb and a few other places in the past. There's a great version of "Fool In The Rain" in there.

Know anyone who has the Multis to "Caviar & Meths" lying around? :) I'd love to have a crack at that one!

The Bonham outtakes are the real deal, and in some ways they sound better than what ended up on "In Through The Out Door" in the final mix, since it's nothing but drums (and a few grunts, and some headphone bleed.)

Great listening, amost impossible to slice up into usable samples though (I tried.) Better for making loops, if that's your thing, but I'm really not looking to be the next P. Diddy.

Thanks for sharing, I am really having an almost-sexual experience with them. This is definitely the essence of drums energy. The universe thanks John for keeping drums simple yet devastating.
