John Safran vs God last night...

I was naughty and skipped my French class so I watched the last episode of John Safran vs God where he got an exorcism from some American guy.

WHAT THE HELL

Did anyone else catch this? It was beyond weird. I don't if he was putting that on or not but it was truely bizarre.

It was pretty wierd.
And being Safran, I have no idea if he was for real or not.

I saw it too. I'm not convinced it was put on at all. I've seen most of his stuff, and you can generally tell when he's putting it on.

I also heard an interview with him a couple of weeks back where he said he started off hamming it up a bit, but can't actaully remember most of the exorcism at all, and was totally taken aback at what he was doing when he saw the tape.

alls I can say is, I was laughing the entire time.

"OUT DEMON, OUT!"

and the fact that they had to get black people to get the "African" demons out of him.

I think he wants us to ponder "was it real or not?"

but I doubt he'd show any of the episodes about taking the piss out of religion if he'd actually been swayed by this 'exorcism'.

I'm pretty sure the majority of that show is completely real. Like, if he represents something to be real, it actually is.

its hard to know whats going on or what you are doing when you have 3 larg guys beating the crap out of you and telling you to say crap and then there was the restrictive breathing they were forcing on him that can make a guy feel drunk and black out but hey it makes a preacher with no religious education nice and rich and covers up the fact that he is a racist wank

It was a fantastic show on Monday. My dad heard him on the radio a couple of days ago, and apparently he said it was either real (the exorcism), or he'd been hypnotised. The guy did keep telling him to look him in the eye....

Haha yeah that bit where he got the African Americans up to rid him of the African spirits was silly!
