Happy holidays to all!

Oliva and company will celebrate the "Christmas" holiday in full metal
fashion this Saturday, December 17th at Bourbon Street Nightclub in New Port Richey, Florida.

All you cheery Metalheads can expect a night of Savatage classics as
well as a healthy dose of material from 'Tage Mahal!

The band is finishing pre-production for the next release (Maniacal Renderings), and we are scheduled to begin recording on December 22nd for a May 2006 release!

We hope to see you there!

Merry Metal Christmas to you!

I had planned on going until my friend emailed me last week informing me of the Nicko Mcbrain show at Boomerz the same night. I'll have more chances to see Oliva, but may be the only shot to see Nick's band McBrain Damage. Pat Travers is also playind at the State Theatre the same night. I'd like to go to all three shows, but I haven't figured out how to use my new cloning machine yet, so...

One great thing about living in this area is all the Savatage, Circle II Circle, and JOP shows over the years. Bourban Street is only a couple miles from me!!! I could almost walk there if I wnated. I wouldn't mind seeing McBrain Damage but I'm not missing the Mountain King! Anyway, McBrain Damage is basically a Iron Maiden cover band. I'll take the Pain over that any day!

SavaRon, you're a smart man! I like Maiden and all, but I could care less about seeing Nikko playing in some other band.

Last time they played at Bourban Street they went on between 10-11 if I remember correctly. Door price is $18. I may not make this show now because I have some shit going on here at the house. :erk: I'm going to try my hardest to be there though!

Merry Christmas to all !

Saturdays show was killer. The 450+ in addendance gave the band the Christmas we wanted......Energy! We plowed through 100 minutes of Sava classics and material from 'Tage Mahal. Oliva's voice just get's better and more soulful with every show! He is really pushing the boundaries of what he is able to sing and not afraid to take chances. And that attitude drives the rest of us to try and keep up (yikes)...

A very special thanks to the crazy die-hards that drove and flew in from all points of the US and Canada. Your appearance was appreciated and always necessary! It's always great to here the promoter say " Well you did it again, we sold advanced tickets to fans from California, Canada, Maimi, and a host of other states"!...Cool indeed!

We hope everyone has an exciting holiday season!

Look for a new JOP release in May 2006, and check the website often for studio updates. Recording begins January 2!
