jesus man i thought this forum would have discussed this band by now but no! not a single hit on the search engine, so:

heavy metal 1980-1982 from sweden. johan langquist on vocals, sang on "EPICUS DOOMICUS METALLICUS". this is SO REALLY VERY GREAT. one of the best swedish hm bands together with gotham city and whatnot.

The line between this and Stockholm punk of the same age seems very thin to a layman like me.
Edit: referring to the first song posted only. Hjärtlös stad is completely different. Hearing some galloping, almost thrashing chug riffs in it which was definitely not what swedish bands normally played at the time.

i can grant that it is as much influenced by punk as the first two iron maiden albums, but like with those there is no question that this is heavy freakin metal
