Jorn Setlist 5/5/06

I'm predicting that Jorn will make his set special for us fans down at the ProgPower show, so don't worry! I'm going to sound like a Glenn fanboy here, but that's not my intension. With that said, I'm confident that Glenn will see to it that Jorn's set is special to ProgPower.

It wouldn't surprise me to hear Masterplan, Ark, Millenium, and Snake material at the show. I think he'll do a few well known covers as well! Maybe my hopes are too high, but each festival has exceeded my expectations so far, and I mean that as a compliment. I say that, because by now I've figured out that Glenn is a smart business person too! Again, I'm not kissing up, because Glenn doesn't know me, and I don't know him.

Basically, I'm really expecting the people that didn't come to this year's festival to wish that they had after it's all over!

That show kicked ass.. they were pretty much on fire, though after the set, talking with them, they weren't happy with the monitor mix.

Why would there be? It's one of his regular solo shows.
Forgive my ignorance on this topic, as I've been draped in sack cloth and ash since Nevermore's cancellation, and haven't followed all the Jorn threads very closely. Will he be performing Ark material at PP? Is that what is meant by "it's one of his regular solo shows"? Gracias.

It was previously confirmed that he would be doing more than his solo work at PP, correct?

Jorn will be performing a unique set only for ProgPower USA that is a career retrospective from his various bands/projects in the past plus rare cover tunes. I would say that there is a good chance of hearing an ARK tune.

Glenn, ask him do a Dio cover for us. I've always wanted him to cover one of his tunes!

Rainbow in the Dark would RULE!!!!!!!!!!:notworthy

As we all know, there is a LOT of Jorn material out there. However, are there any songs that you think would definitely be in his set list at PP this year? Not 'unusual' songs that you wish for him to play, but rather, essential songs that you think would be a no-brainer....
