To change the thread topic slightly, is anybody going? I'll be at the Apollo on Monday 21st to see them, and no, I don't want to meet up with any of you, at all, ever. Still curious though.

Profanity, don't compare Deep Purple Mark IV (minus Richie Blackmore) to the Priest.

The first time that I saw Priest was in 1986 on the Fuel For Life Tour. At that show, they played 8 of the 10 songs off of Turbo, with a balance of stuff that was recent (then, up to 1980) with a few (very few) classic nuggets thrown in.

Doesn't really matter, though. Priest in the live context will blow most bands off the stage.
