Just got the emu-1616m...

and it's LIGHT-YEARS better than my old sound card, haha! Chris - or anyone, I was just wondering if you still use the 1616m for recording and if you've got any advice/comments on it. I've only had it for a few days but I think I've figured out the ASIO setup for use with Sonar. I'm going to do some "real" recordings this next week or two and see how it turns out. Let the metal begin!

Nice,
it's an awesome card, but building the virtual mixer can be a pain if you are not familiar with it. ASIO is definitly the way to go, and the mixer is actually very flexable.
